MapleStory account got banned

After seeing this news on MapleSea website, i excitedly wanna login to asiasoft to report as i got hacked earlier.

• Reimbursement for players with their accounts disruption from 15 Jun 2008 to 15 April 2009.

Dear Maplers,

From the period of 15 June 2008 to 15 April 2009, we have received a number of users feedback regarding account disruption.

We sincerely apologise for this unfortunate incident. To reimburse our players, we will be providing a compensation package to all affected players who have reported their cases via Qbox from 15 June 2008 to 15 April 2009. On top of reimbursing the players with equipment suited to their level and class (capped at level 90) per character, the compensation package will also include:


a. 200 Power Elixir per character; and
b. 10,000 Maple points per reported account.


and little did i know..

My account got banned for no reason. @#$%&#! T_T
